    铸态双相不锈钢彩色金相异常组织分析

    Analysis on Abnormal Structure in Color Metallography of As-cast Duplex Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 采用金相分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析、X射线衍射分析、透射电镜分析以及显微硬度测试等方法研究了铸态2507双相不锈钢中各相的形貌和特征。结果表明: 采用彩色金相侵蚀剂(1 g偏重亚硫酸钠+10 mL浓盐酸+50 mL水)侵蚀后, 彩色金相组织中的土黄色相为奥氏体相, 黄绿色相为铁素体相, 斑马纹状组织为(σ+γ2)共析组织。

       

      Abstract: The phase morphology and characteristics of as-cast 2507 duplex stainless steel were studied by using optical microscopy, scanning electronic microscopy, energy spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometer, transmission electronic microscopy and micro-hardness tester. The results show that after erosion by the color metallographic erosion agent (1 g Na2S2O5 + 10 mL HCl + 50 mL H2O), the khaki phase of the steel was austenite phase, the yellow-green phase was ferrite phase, and the zebra grain structure was (σ+γ2) eutectid structure.
