    图像处理与分析系统在热煨弯管金相检验中的应用

    Application of Image Processing and Analysis System in Metallographic Examination of Hot-bending Elbows

    • 摘要: 通过建立图像处理与分析系统, 利用计算机数码技术对金相试样的显微组织进行采集、处理、分析以及晶粒度评定, 从而代替传统的金相分析技术和晶粒度评定方法。结果表明: 在该系统下采集的显微组织图像清晰, 晶粒度评定也相比传统方法更加快捷、准确; 该系统已应用于川气东送管道工程X65和X70钢级各种规格热煨弯管的金相检验, 能够满足川气东送管道工程用热煨弯管的金相检验要求。

       

      Abstract: Through establishing image processing and analysis system and using computer digital technology to conduct metallographic microstructure collection, processing, analysis and grain degree evaluation, the traditional metallographic analysis technology and grain degree evaluation method were replaced. The results show that the microstructure image which was collected by this system is much clearer, and grain size rating is more efficient and accurate compared with the traditional method. The system had been applied to the metallographic examination of various X60 and X70 specifications of hot-bending elbows used in Sichuan to East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project, and it can satisfy the metallographic inspection requirements to hot-bending elbows of this project.
