    抗硫油管断裂原因分析

    Reasons Analysis on Fracture of SSC Resistant Tubing

    • 摘要: 采用化学成分分析、断口分析、金相检验、扫描电镜分析等方法, 对某油田抗硫油管的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明: 油管在硫化氢的腐蚀作用下, 首先在管壁上产生局部腐蚀, 继而在应力的作用下产生微裂纹并扩展, 最终发生应力腐蚀断裂。最后, 通过实验室模拟井况条件试验, 提出了选择合适材料的建议。

       

      Abstract: Fracture reason analysis was conducted to a SSC resistant tubing by means of chemical compositions analysis, fracture analysis, metallographic examination and scanning electron microscopy analysis. The results show that local corrosion in H2S environment occured on the pipe body, which made microcracks initiate and propagate, and stress corrosion cracking (SCC)take palce eventually. The corrosion experiments simulated the oil country medium were done in the lab, and suggestion of choosing appropriate material is proposed finally.
