    GCr15钢旋压轧辊表面失效原因分析

    Surface Failure Reason Analysis on GCr15 Steel Spinning Rollers

    • 摘要: 通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验、断口分析以及能谱分析等方法对某批GCr15钢旋压轧辊的早期表面崩裂剥落失效原因进行了分析。结果表明: 由于旋压轧辊钢材中的碳化物发生了偏聚, 呈链状和长条状分布, 增加了轧辊的脆性, 降低了轧辊的疲劳寿命, 从而导致轧辊在使用一轮后就在受力最大区域出现了表面崩裂剥落现象, 发生接触疲劳失效。

       

      Abstract: By means of macro observation, chemical compositions analysis, hardness testing, metallographic examination, fracture analysis and energy spectrum analysis, early surface cleft spalling failure reason of a batch of GCr15 steel spinning roller was analyzed. The results show that carbide in material of the roller gathered and distributed in formation of chain-type and strip-type, which increased brittleness of the roller and lowered its fatigue life. So surface cleft spalling failure happened at the maximum stress zone only after a round use, and resulted in the contact fatigue failure of the roller.
