热水采暖锅炉水冷壁炉管失效分析
FAILURE ANALYSIS ON WATER WALL TUBES OF HOT-WATER BOILER

摘要: 对热水锅炉水冷壁爆裂炉管的材质进行了成分分析、强度检测、金相组织分析和内外壁腐蚀产物的X射线衍射分析。经检测,发生爆裂的水冷壁炉管的强度明显降低,炉管的内、外壁发生了严重的氧化脱碳,靠近破口处材质的晶粒异常粗大,珠光体组织严重球化。综合分析表明,局部短时严重超温运行是导致该锅炉水冷壁炉管爆裂的原因。Abstract: The chemical composition, tensile strength, metallography and the surface corrosion products of the material of the failure boiler tubers were tested and analyzed. Experiment results were showed that the oxidation and decarbonization, tensile strength decrease, grain size augmentation and pearlite sphericalization of the failure tubers were severe. Based on above comprehensive analysis, it was the abnormal over-temperature operation that resulted in the failure of boiler tubers.
