高速电弧喷涂Ni-50Cr合金涂层的抗高温氧化性能

摘要: 首先采用高速电弧喷涂技术在20G钢基底上制备了Ni-50Cr合金涂层,并对其进行了750 ℃的高温氧化试验,然后采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪以及能谱仪等研究了涂层的抗高温氧化性能,并与目前广泛使用的Tafa 45CT合金涂层以及基体锅炉用20G钢进行了对比研究,同时探讨了涂层的氧化机理.结果表明:Ni-50Cr涂层呈典型的层状结构,其抗高温氧化性能分别比20G钢基体和Tafa 45CT涂层提高了85倍和1.3倍;涂层表面腐蚀产物主要由NiO,Cr2O3和NiCr2O4组成;与Tafa 45CT涂层相比,铬含量的增加有利于Ni-50Cr涂层在高温下生成致密的Cr2O3层,提高涂层的抗高温氧化性能.Abstract: Firstly,Ni-50Cr alloy coating was prepared by high velocity arc spray (HVAS) on 20G steel substrate.The high temprature oxidation resistance of the coating was compared with that of 20G steel and Tafa 45CT coating at 750 ℃.Optical microscopy (OM),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were used to analyze the microstructure and oxidation produce of the coatings.The results show that the microstructure of Ni-50Cr coating was the typical layer structure.Compared to 20G steel and Tafa 45CT coating,the high temprature oxidation resistance of Ni-50Cr coating was increased by 85 times and 1.3 times respectively.NiO,Cr2O3 and NiCr2O4 were identified as the main phases of the oxidated coatings.As the increasing of Cr content,the Cr2O3 content in the protective oxide scales was gradually increased,which resulted in a significant enhancement of the high temperature oxidation resistance.
