    游离渗碳体形态对S15A深冲钢冲击性能的影响

    Effect of Free Cementite Morphology on Impact Property of S15A Deep Punching Steel

    • 摘要: 利用室温冲击试验方法研究了游离渗碳体形态(片状渗碳体和粒状渗碳体)对S15A深冲钢缺口敏感性的影响。结果表明: S15A深冲钢退火态的显微组织是铁素体和沿铁素体晶界分布的游离渗碳体, 游离渗碳体呈片状分布材料的冲击功远低于游离渗碳体呈粒状分布材料的冲击功, 因而其缺口敏感性较大, 用其加工的深冲零件在服役过程中大能量冲击载荷作用下, 容易发生破裂失效。

       

      Abstract: Material notch sensitivity was researched by Charpy impact test for S15A deep punching steel with different free cementite morphology (lamellar free cementite and particle free cementite). The results show that microstructure of S15A deep punching steel in annealing condition was ferrite and free cementite distributing along the ferrite grain boundary. The impact energy of S15A steel with lamellar free cementite was far less than that of the steel with particle free cementite. So the notch sensitivity of the former was more prominent than that of the latter, and the deep punching parts made of S15A steel with lamellar free cementite easily broke when receiving high energy impact load.
