                            摘要: 采用化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、断口分析等方法对电机主轴断裂的原因进行了分析.结果表明:主轴退刀槽底部曲率半径较小,使该处成为应力集中区,在交变应力的作用下,裂纹在退刀槽底部萌生,并以疲劳的方式扩展,最终导致电机主轴发生了早期疲劳断裂.Abstract: Chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, metallographic examination and fracture analysis were used to analyze the fracture reason of motor spindle.The results showed that stress concentration occurred at the bottom of spindle tool escape because of the radius of curvature was too small, where the cracks originated under alternating stress, and expanded in the form of fatigue, At last the early fatigue fracture happened in motor spindle.
