    电解抛光在6063铝合金金相试样制备中的应用

    Application of Electrolytic Polishing for Prepareing Metallographic Specimens of 6063 Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 对6063铝合金的电解抛光方法进行了研究, 根据电解抛光的一般原理通过试验选定了电解抛光的温度、时间、电流和电压等参数, 制备出了晶界清晰﹑抛光面无划痕、符合显微组织观察和分析要求的金相试样, 获得了比机械抛光效果更好的6063铝合金金相制样方法。

       

      Abstract: The electrolytic polishing method of 6063 aluminum alloy was studied, according to the general principles of electrolytic polishing, the electrolytic polishing temperature, time, current, voltage and other parameters were selected by experiments. The specimens with polishing surface boundaries clear, without scratches, consistent with the observation and analysis requirements of microstructure were prepared. The method was better than mechanical polishing metallographic sample preparation method of 6063 aluminum alloy.
