    钒合金的氢释放和室温蠕变

    HYDROGEN RELEASE AND ROOM TEMPERATURE CREEP FOR VANADIUM ALLOYS CONTAINING HYDROGEN

    • 摘要: 研究所用钒合金试样为V-6W-2.5Ti及V-4Cr-4Ti合金,并且通过气相渗氢,改变合金的氢含量。测试了合金在不同拉伸应变速率下的强度和恒载荷作用下合金的变形及试验前后合金含氢量的变化。研究结果表明,合金的氢致硬化效果明显,强度随拉伸应变速率的升高而增加。发现合金在拉应力和室温条件下,就存在氢释放行为及在高应力作用下的蠕变行为,并因此影响合金的力学性能和变形特征。

       

      Abstract: V-6W-2.5Ti and V-4Cr-4Ti alloys with and without hydrogen charging were studied. Tensile and creep tests were performed at room temperature. Results show obvious hydrogen-induced strengthening and that the strength of the alloy increases with increasing strain rate. It was found that hydrogen release happened in the tests and creep deformation occurred at high stress. Both have influenced the mechanical performance and the deformation behavior of the alloys.
