    GCr15钢制轴承剥落失效分析

    Failure Analysis on Spalling of GCr15 Steel Bearing

    • 摘要: GCr15钢制球轴承经短期使用后发生剥落失效, 通过外观检查、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试以及扫描电镜和能谱仪分析等方法, 对轴承早期失效的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 由于轴承钢球表面存在冲压缺陷, 使其在轴承运转过程中沿缺陷处产生剥落, 并导致轴承内圈及其他钢球相继损坏, 最终引起轴承早期失效。

       

      Abstract: Spalling failure occurred to a GCr15 steel ball bearing after short-term service. By means of macroscopic examination, chemical compositions analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing, and SEM and EDS analysis, the early spalling failure reasons were analyzed. The results show that the stamping defect existing on the steel ball surface made spalling happen to the steel ball first in running process of the bearing, and then the bearing inner ring and other steel balls were damaged, which finally caused early failure of the bearing.
