    高温过热器G102管内壁氧化皮剥落导致的爆管原因分析及对策

    Cause Analysis and Countermeasures on Tube Bursting Caused by Peel-off of Scale of G102 Tube in High Temperature Superheater

    • 摘要: 对高温过热器G102管的爆管原因进行了分析, 结果表明: G102管爆管是由于管子内壁偏厚的氧化皮剥落、在下弯头堆积, 造成管内通流面积减小而引起管子长时过热导致的。针对该问题, 对G102钢等铁素体钢管进行内壁氧化皮厚度测量及剥落风险评估, 可大大降低或避免由于氧化皮剥落、堆积引起的爆管事故。

       

      Abstract: The tube bursting reason of the G102 tube of high temperature superheater was analyzed. The results showed that the tube bursting caused by long-term overheat, resulted from the thick scale of inner wall peeled, and deposited at the lower elbow of tube, and caused the flow area decrease. The tube bursting caused by peel-off and accumulation of scale was reduced greatly, or even avoided by measuring the scale thickness and peel-off risk assessment of ferritic steel tube.
