    树脂基纤维增强复合材料拉伸试验的影响因素

    Influence Factors of Fiber Reinforced Resin Matrix Composites in Tensile Test

    • 摘要: 从试验设备、试验试样和试验数据处理三方面进行论述, 分别分析了试验机数据采集频率、夹头夹持、对中性及拉伸速率对测试强度的影响; 电阻应变计温度补偿、应变计横向效应和应变计粘接对测试应变的影响。通过数据对比分析, 总结了试样纤维取向、试样加固片和试样破坏模式对试验数据的影响。最后阐述了应力-应变曲线、弹性模量的试验数据处理方法。

       

      Abstract: In three aspects, test equipment, samples and test data processing were introduced. The influences of the testing machine data acquisition frequency, chuck clamping, centering and load rate were analyzed respectively on the strength. Then, the influences of the resistance strain gauge temperature compensation, the strain gauge transverse effect and the strain gage adhering were analyzed on the strain. By comparison, the influences of fiber orientation, reinforced sheet and sample failure mode were summarized on testing data. Finally, the processing methods of stress-strain curves and elastic modulus data were discussed.
