无线扭矩传感器在水泵轴扭矩测试中的应用

摘要: 水泵的转速较高,难以用有线方式将转轴受扭时所产生的变形、应力或应变信号进行传输,无线扭矩传感器测试技术较好地解决了该问题。介绍了无线扭矩测试的原理,并以内蒙古阿拉善盟孪井滩灌区大型泵站二级泵站1号和5号泵轴为例,介绍了采用无线扭矩传感器测试水泵轴扭矩的方法,并对试验结果进行了分析。结果表明:采用该技术,可实时准确地测试并记录水泵轴的实际输出扭矩,且测试结果准确;为无线测试技术在水泵轴扭矩测试中的应用提供了经验。Abstract: When the water pumps run at high speed, the wired test technology is difficult to get the stressor strain signals of transmission shaft torsion deformation. However, the wireless torque sensor test technology could solve this problem better. The wireless torque testing principle had been introduced. The pump shaft torque testing method by the wireless torque sensor technology and the results analyzing method were also introduced, with No.1 and No.5 pumps of the second stage pumping station in Alashan au Nuanjingtan of Inner Mongolia as examples. The results show that the wireless method could test and record the output shaft torque accurately and promptly, and it provided an application experience for wireless technology in water pump shaft torque testing.
