    服役后Waspaloy合金的组织及裂纹扩展行为

    Microstructure and Crack Propagation Behavior of Waspaloy Alloy after Service

    • 摘要: 通过组织分析、裂纹扩展速率试验以及断口形貌分析等手段,研究了服役后Waspaloy合金的微观组织及裂纹扩展行为。进而通过热处理改变了合金的组织状态,比较了不同组织状态下合金的裂纹扩展速率。结果表明:经服役后Waspaloy合金的显微组织没有出现明显恶化,但其裂纹扩展速率显著升高;经两种热处理后合金的裂纹扩展速率都明显降低。

       

      Abstract: The microstructure and crack propagation behavior of Waspaloy alloy after service were studied by means of microstructure analysis, crack propagation rates examination, fracture morphology analysis and so on. Moreover, the microstructures of Waspaloy alloy after service were varied by the two types of heat treatment. Both the crack propagation rates of alloys after these heat treatments were measured and compared. The results indicated that there were not obvious microstructure degradations in Waspaloy alloy after service, but the crack propagation rate of Waspaloy alloy after service significantly increased; both the crack propagation rates of alloys after these heat treatments reduced.
