    石油钻杆焊区异常回火组织的产生及预防

    Generation and Prevention of Abnormal Tempering Structure in Petroleum Drill Pipe Weld

    • 摘要: 钻杆摩擦焊接完成后,钻杆焊区需要进行调质热处理.调质过程中产生的异常回火组织会严重影响钻杆的最终质量.较为详细地分析了异常回火组织产生的原因、分布以及对最终产品质量的影响等,并提出预防其产生的意见及建议.通过提高钻杆焊区外壁质量和设备定位稳定性、加装报警温度传感器等措施,可较好得解决异常回火组织产生的问题.

       

      Abstract: After friction welding, the drill pipe weld needs to be quenched-tempered heat treatment.The abnormal tempering microstructure generated during quenched-tempered heat treatment processing will affect the quality of drill pipe seriously.The cause of abnormal microstructure, distribution and effect on final quality were analyzed in detail.At the same time, the prevention advices and suggestions were raised.The problems caused by abnormal tempering structure could be solved through improve the quality of drill pipe weld surface and the equipment position stability, and install temperature alarm sensor.
