Abstract: The life of HM301 silicone rubber used in the fairing under the special environmental condition was studied by means of the shear strength of sample which pass through heating oxygen aging test according to environmental test specification. The results showed that the life was 21.4 years when the stockpile temperature was 28 ℃.
