最终时效工艺对17-4PH不锈钢组织和性能的影响
Effects of Final Aging Process on Microstructure and Property of 17-4PH Stainless Steel

摘要: 根据实际测试的17-4PH不锈钢的热膨胀曲线, 对其进行了不同工艺的固溶、时效热处理, 并根据热处理后材料的显微组织及其力学性能, 得出最终时效工艺可以提高材料的比例极限、规定非比例延伸强度Rp0.02及其塑性;结合金相分析及X射线衍射的方法, 确定了17-4PH不锈钢逆变奥氏体的形成过程, 并利用X射线衍射方法定量测定了不同最终时效温度形成的逆变奥氏体含量。结果表明: 17-4PH不锈钢中的逆变奥氏体产生于最终时效过程中, 且其含量随最终时效温度的升高而增加。Abstract: Different solid solution and aging process heat treatments were done to 17-4PH stainless steel according to the actual measured thermal expansion curve. It was found that the final aging process could improve the proportional limit, Rp0.02 and plastic of the materials by studied the microstructure and mechanical properties after heat treatment. The forming process of reverse austenitic was determined with metallographic analysis combined with X-ray diffraction method and the reverse austenite content formed at different final aging temperature was measured by X-ray quantitative method. The results show that the amount of reverse austenite in 17-4PH stainless steel produced in the final aging process increased as the final aging temperature going up.
