Abstract: Standing on the perspertive of controlling principle applied in material testing machine industry, the testing speed as a core attribution to the technical amendment in GB/T 228.1-2010 was analyzed, and method A & B were evaluated theoretically and practically. The new requirements on testing machine manufacturing based on above methods were concluded, and a reference/suggestion for choices on testing methods or testing machines for laboratories to do metallic material testing was provided.
