    A356铝合金车轮T6热处理工艺的优化

    Optimization of T6 Heat Treatment Process of A356 Aluminium Alloy Wheel

    • 摘要: 以现有的T6热处理工艺作为依据, 合理调整固溶和时效的温度及时间参数, 进行了实验室、中试和车间生产的试验操作, 比较、调整、修正和确定了最优化的工艺参数, 改善了A356铝合金车轮的T6热处理工艺。研究表明: 优化的工艺方案有535 ℃×6 h固溶, 130 ℃×3 h时效; 540 ℃×4 h固溶, 140 ℃×2.5 h时效; 540 ℃×5 h固溶, 140 ℃×3.5 h时效; 540 ℃×5 h固溶, 140 ℃×4 h时效。这些方案可使A356铝合金的性能和组织达到标准要求, 在保证原有性能的基础上, 降低了成本, 提高了企业的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: By using the existing T6 heat treatment process as a theoretical basis, the temperature and time parameters of solution and aging were adjusted reasonably, and the experiments were carried out in laboratory, pilot and workshop. By compare, adjust, amend and determine the most optimal process parameters, aluminum alloy T6 heat treatment process was improved. The study results showed that the optimizing technology plans included: solution in 535 ℃ for 6 h, aging in 130 ℃ for 3 h; solution in 540 ℃ for 4 h,aging in 140 ℃ for 2.5 h; solution in 540 ℃ for 5 h, aging in 140 ℃ for 3.5 h; solution in 540 ℃ for 5 h, aging in 140 ℃ for 4 h. After the process was optimized, the performance and microstructure of A356 aluminum alloy met the standards, on the basis of ensuring the original performance, the costs were reduced and the economic efficiency of enterprises was improved.
