低顺橡胶挥发分含量测试的不确定度评定

Uncertainty Evaluation on Measurement of Volatile Content of Low-CIS Rubber

摘要: 以低顺橡胶P30AF为例,依据 ASTM D5668-2009在电热恒温鼓风干燥箱中进行了挥发分含量测试,对其挥发分含量测试过程中的不确定度分量进行了分析和评定,并给出了具体数值。结果表明:低顺橡胶P30AF挥发分含量X=0.67%,扩展不确定度U=0.09%,包含因子k=2,置信概率p≈95%;其测量不确定度主要来源为由样品的不均匀性引入的不确定度。

Abstract: Volatile content of low-CIS rubber was tested according to ASTM D5668-2009 with P30AFrubber as example,and the uncertainty factors were analyzed and evaluated during the testing process.The resultsshow that the volatile content of low-CIS rubber P30AF X=0.67%,with the expanded uncertainty U=0.09%,coverage factor k=2,confidence probability p≈95%,and the main source of the uncertainty in the volatile contenttesting process was the inhomogeneity of the sample.
