    金属腐蚀形貌的分形表征

    Fractal Characterization of Corrosion Morphology of Metallic Material

    • 摘要: 利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)得到铝合金表面腐蚀损伤微观形貌, 借助于数字图像处理技术对其进行二值化处理, 并利用小岛法研究二值图像的分形维数, 得到分形维数随腐蚀损伤的变化趋势。结果表明: 二值化过程中灰度阈值与分形维数间的函数关系与弹塑性材料的拉伸曲线具有类比性。提出了从分形角度上表征腐蚀损伤特征, 所得的结果具有一定的工程价值。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion morphology of aluminum alloy was obtained by SEM. With the aid of digital image technique, original SEM images were transferred to binary image, which was prepared to be executed with fractal analysis. Relationship between fractal dimensions of binary images versus corresponding corrosion damage was identified. Results indicated a complicated relationship of grey threshold value and corresponding calculated fractal dimension, which was similar to the elastoplastic tensile curve. Corrosion damage could be characterized from viewpoint of fractal geometry, which would be promising for engineering application.
