    组织与成分对510L钢力学性能的影响

    INFLUENCE OF STRUCTURE AND COMPOSITION ON MECHANICAL PROPERTY ABOUT 510L STEEL

    • 摘要: 采用化学成分分析、力学性能测试和微观检验等方法对影响510L钢力学性能的组织与成分因素进行了分析。结果表明,化学成分中的铌能提高钢的强度,使510L满足性能要求;夹杂物和带状组织致使冷弯开裂;粒状贝氏体在回火处理后能优化钢的强韧性。并针对以上对性能影响情况提出了一些相应措施。

       

      Abstract: The main factors influenced 510L steel property were analyzed by chemical analysis,mechanical test,microscopic examination. The results showed that,the element Nb increased the strength of steel,and made it satisfy the property of 510L. The inclusions and band structure caused crack during cold bending. The granular bainite optimized the strength and toughness after temperating processing. And finally some correspending measures are proposed based on above.
