    70 mm厚度Q345E钢板低温冲击吸收功不合格原因分析

    Unqualified Reasons Analysis on Low Temperature Impact Absorbing Energy of 70 mm Thickness Q345E Steel Plates

    • 摘要: 针对70 mm厚Q345E钢板低温冲击吸收功批量不合格的问题,通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相检验及扫描电镜分析等方法,同时结合生产工艺调查,对钢板低温冲击吸收功不合格原因进行了分析。结果表明: 基体组织粗大并存在较多魏氏体,以及钢板中存在较多硫化物和长条状氧化物夹杂等,是导致该批钢板低温冲击吸收功不合格的主要原因。在此基础上,提出了整改措施,有效地避免了该现象的再次发生。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem of batch of unqualified low temperature impact absorbed energy of Q345E steel plates with thickness of 70 mm, means such as macro analysis, chemical compositions analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy analysis were used to find out the unqualified reasons, combined with production process investigation. The results show that coarse matrix microstructure and existence of a lot Widmanstatten and inclusions of MnS and strip oxide in the steel plates were the main causes for the unqualified low temperature impact absorbed energy. On this basis, rectification measures were put forward, and recurring failure phenomenon was avoided effectively.
