    输出轴淬火软点软带的成因与解决方法

    Forming Causes and Solving Methods of Quenching Soft Spots and Quenching Soft Tapes of Output Shafts

    • 摘要: 某公司生产的输出轴淬火后出现软点和软带, 严重影响了设备的性能和可靠性。通过对淬火软点和软带的特征进行分析, 发现输出轴出现淬火软点和软带主要是由于淬火装炉量和装炉方式存在问题以及淬火冷却速率不足造成的。通过反复试验证明采用低浓度盐水作为淬火介质, 并改变淬火操作方法, 能够较好地解决输出轴淬火软带和软点的问题。

       

      Abstract: Quenching soft spots and quenching soft tapes of output shafts emerged after quenching in a company, which seriously influenced the performance and reliability of the equipment. By analyzing the characteristics of the quenching soft spots and quenching soft tapes, it was found the output shafts emerged quenching soft spots and quenching soft tapes mainly because the quenching batch and furnace charging way had problems, which resulted in the shortage of quenching cooling rate. By taking low concentration brine as quenching medium and changing the quenching operation mode, problems of quenching soft spots and quenching soft tapes could be thoroughly solved.
