    输油气钢管腐蚀渗漏原因分析

    THE LEAKAGE ANALYSIS OF STEEL TUBE USED IN TRANSPORTING OIL AND GAS

    • 摘要: 某油井钢管使用不到一年即发生渗漏。采用化学分析、力学性能测试、金相及超声波检验和电镜能谱分析等方法,对渗漏钢管进行了分析。结果表明,该钢管实为焊管,不是技术规范所要求的无缝钢管。加上该焊管的焊接质量较差,加速了输送介质对焊管的腐蚀,最终导致焊管短期内发生渗漏。

       

      Abstract: Some steel tube used in oil well was leakage in the period of several months. By means of the chemical composition analysis, mechanical preperties testing, microstructure examination, ultrasonic testing (NTD), water chemical composition analysis and SEM energy spectrum analysis, the leakage steel tube was analyzed. The results showed, that tube was welding tube, it was′t the seamless steel tube. Because of the quality of the welding tube was very bad, and the corrosion of the medium, the welding tube was leakage in a short time finally.
