    390 MPa级低合金高强钢的低温韧性

    Low Temperature Toughness of 390 MPa Grade High Strength Low Alloy Steel

    • 摘要: 采用系列冲击试验研究了控轧控冷技术生产的390 MPa级低合金高强钢的低温韧性, 并分析了其低温韧性与组织特征的关系。结果表明: 该钢具有良好的低温韧性, 在-40 ℃时的冲击功为127 J, 远大于相关标准的技术要求, 按照能量法确定的韧脆转变温度为-56 ℃; 由于该钢晶粒十分细小, 裂纹在扩展过程中频繁改变断裂路径, 提高了其抵抗解理断裂的能力, 从而使其具有良好的低温韧性。

       

      Abstract: Series of impact test was carried to a kind of 390 MPa grade high strength low alloy(HSLA) steel produced by thermo mechanical control process (TMCP) to study its low temperature toughness, and the correlation of low temperature toughness and microstructural characteristics was also investigated. The results show that the low temperature toughness of the steel was good. The impact absorbing energy was 127 J at -40 ℃ which was much higher than the specifications of related standard, and ductile-brittle transition temperature(DBTT) was -56 ℃. Cleavage crack propagation direction deflected frequently because of its fine effective grain size, which increased the resistance to the cleavage fracture, so the steel has excellent low temperature toughness.
