    基于深度传感压痕技术的TMCP-Q245R锅炉用钢的力学性能测试

    Mechanical Properties Testing of TMCP-Q245R Boiler Steel by Depth-sensing Indentation Technology

    • 摘要: 对深度传感压痕的基本测试原理进行简单介绍, 并阐述Suresh方法测试材料力学性能参数的过程, 然后利用维氏显微硬度计对TMCP-Q245R锅炉钢进行试验。结果表明: 在选取500 mN的试验载荷条件下, 计算所得弹性模量具有较高的置信度, 屈服强度则存在10%的误差, 并分析了产生误差的原因。最后认为对该技术应进一步开展理论分析和试验验证, 逐步完善测试方法和理论, 以提升可行性和计算精度。

       

      Abstract: The basic testing mechanism of depth-sensing indentation was introduced. The procedures of Suresh material mechanical properties test by depth-sensing indentation were also expounded. Vickers micro-hardness tester was used to measure the mechanical properties of the TMCP-Q245R boiler steel.The results showed that elasticity modulus was of reliability and yield strength error was 10% as the indentation load was 500 mN, and then the reason of error was analyzed. At last, it was showed that further theoretical analysis and test verification should be done while the testing method and theory should be developed for the technology to increase practicability and computational accuracy.
