    两种WC-TiC-TaC-Co硬质合金刀片失效原因的分析比较

    Failure Reason Analysis and Comparison between Two Types of WC-TiC-TaC-Co Cemented Carbide Blades

    • 摘要: A45和C5两种WC-TiC-TaC-Co硬质合金刀片在相同的使用过程中发生了不同程度的失效,通过对其化学成分、显微组织和硬度等性能的分析与比较,找到了C5刀片比A45刀片使用寿命短的原因。结果表明: 三元硬质合金中加入过多TaC并不能起到抑制α相晶粒长大和提高综合性能的作用,反而可能导致材料脆性增加,从而引起C5刀片早期失效。

       

      Abstract: Two types of WC-TiC-TaC-Co cemented carbide blades were failured at different degree in same using process. By the study of chemical composition, microstructure and hardness, it was approved that C5 cemented carbide blade can use no longer than A45 cemented carbide blade. The study results showed that the excess of TaC can not depress the growing of α-phase and promote combination property in three-element cemented carbide. Instead, the brittleness increased and led to early failure of C5 cemented carbide blade.
