不同聚合条件下聚氯乙烯颗粒的内部微观形貌

摘要: 利用环氧树脂包埋不同聚合条件下悬浮聚氯乙烯树脂颗粒,再用超薄切片机切出断面,通过扫描电镜观察其内部微观形貌,分析了聚合条件对颗粒内部微观形貌的影响。结果表明: 搅拌转速的增大、副分散剂PVA55用量的增多或聚合温度的降低,都能使颗粒内部的孔隙增多,结构趋于疏松。Abstract: by SEM. The results showed that,by increase the speed of mix round and the dosage of assistant dispersant PVA55,reduce the temperature of polymerization reaction,and the frame was more loose.
