Abstract: A few methods and skills about sampling,grinding,polishing and corroding process in the nodular cast iron metallographic sample preparation had been introduced. It had been proved in practice that the metallographic sample preparation method was meaningful in directing the quick samples preparation for metallographic test with high quality.
