摘要: 某40CrMo钢12.9级高强度内六角圆柱螺栓在使用过程中发生断裂,使用光电直读光谱仪、光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对断裂螺栓的化学成分、显微组织以及断口形貌等进行了分析。结果表明: 该螺栓断裂为因与酸性介质接触导致氢渗入而引起的氢脆断裂。Abstract: The grade 12.9 hexagon socket head cap screws made of 40CrMo steel fractured in use. chemical compositions, microstructure, fracture morphology of the screws were analyzed by photoelectric direct reading spectrometer, optical microscope and SEM. The results show that the fracture of the screws was hydrogen embrittlement fracture caused by the hydrogen penetration from the acidic medium.
