    不锈钢炉管运行近10 000 h后的氧化物检测及分析

    Testing and Analysis on Oxide in Stainless Steel Pipe after Operation 10 000 h

    • 摘要: 采用氧化皮检测仪对国内首座超超临界百万千瓦机组运行近10 000 h后2号炉过热器和再热器的材料为SUP304H和HR3C钢管壁内部的氧化物进行检测。结果表明:少量部位局部堆积磁性物质,采用射线检测方法复核并直观显示其堆积形态。又通过SEM微观形貌分析及EDS分析发现,该物质应为施工或检修过程中遗留下来的小铁屑和锈蚀物等的氧化混合产物。综合结果表明:炉管内无运行过程产生的氧化物沉积,使用的材料抗蒸汽氧化性能较好。

       

      Abstract: The new type austenitic stainless steel material such as SUP304H and HR3C were used on the first 1 000 MW ultra supercritical unit (USU). An inspection had been done to the oxide on the wall inside the type austenitic stainless steel tubes after operation 10 000 h. The inspection indicated that the oxide deposited on few areas. Further inspections and analysis indicated that the oxide was a mixture of little metal particles and metal oxide occurred during installation and maintenance. So the new type austenitic stainless steel material has good properties in steam-oxidation resistance.
