Abstract: The bending and reverse deformation were often found in the mechanical property sample machining. The machining accuracy and mechanical properties accuracy were affected badly by deformation. The deformation reason of broadband sample and effect on machining were analyzed. And the improvement measures were put forward,the effect was satisfactory,the machining quality and speed were all improved.
