摘要: 通过对T91/P91钢中声速的理论计算和实际测试, 利用声波的反射规律和运用几何关系, 计算了常用不同K值探头在对T91/P91钢进行超声波探伤中的K值变化、深度和水平距离的差异。用常用探头和普通试块即可完成T91/P91钢管焊接接头以及与T91/P91钢对接的普通低合金钢焊接接头的超声波探伤。Abstract: The sound velocity in T91/P91 steel was calculated and tested, then by the reflection law of sound and geometric relationships, the change of K values, depth and horizontal distance was calculated when the T91/P91 steel was inspected by common probes with different K values. The weld joint of T91/P91 steel pipe and the weld joint between T91/P91 and low-alloy steel could be inspected by the common ultrasonic probe and test block.
