    基于气孔器特征的植物叶片微观形态的鉴别

    Identification of Micro Morphology of Plant Leaves Based on Stomatal Apparatus Characteristics

    • 摘要: 利用环境扫描电子显微镜对植物叶片气孔器的微观形态特征进行分析, 并以广玉兰为例进行气孔器特征数值的稳定性分析, 然后对不同植物叶片气孔器的纵径、横径、纵径/横径比值、孔径等各项数值的离散程度进行统计学分析。结果表明: 植物叶片气孔器的分布、密度、形态等特征稳定, 气孔器纵径、横径、纵径/横径比值、孔径等各项数值离散程度低, 数据稳定, 且不同种类植物叶片的气孔器具有不同的特征; 因此基于气孔器特征的植物叶片样品的微观形态分析可适用于法庭科学领域相关物证的检验鉴定。

       

      Abstract: Environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM) was used for micro morphology analysis on various kinds of plant leaves, and southern magnolia was taken as an example for stomatal apparatus features numerical stability analysis. The numerical dispersion degree of longitudinal diameter, transversal diameter, longitudinal/transversal ratio and aperture of the stomatal apparatus of different plant leaves was analyzed statistically. The results show that the distribution, density and morphology characteristics of the stomatal apparatus for a certain plant leaf were stable. The numerical dispersion degree of longitudinal diameter, transversal diameter, longitudinal/transversal ratio and aperture was low, and different kinds of plants’ stomatal apparatus had different characteristics. So it was thought that the micro morphology analysis method based on stomatal apparatus was applicable for forensic science.
