Abstract: The theory of deep drawing test is analyzed and determination of the deep drawing valule is employed to understand the relationship between deep drawing valule and rm valule,the thickness of board,and the cracking rate. The testing method of deep drawing value is demonstrated afterwards. The value may be used as an important parameter to evaluate formability of thin iron boards specifically used in automobile.
