Abstract: The plastic strain r is one of important parameters to evaluate deep rolling property of metal thin slab. When using Zwick/Roell 100 test machine to test thin slab r after simulation test,if the test value is abnormal,the test software can be used to recalculate abnormal value to ensure accuracy of test results. Results show that is an effective method to treat abnormal plastic strain ratio r of thin slab after simulation test.
