Abstract: According to the work conditions of electron beam, kinds of electron microanalysis may fall into the category of scanning electron microanalysis and transmission electron analysis; As to the analyzed targets, kinds of such analysis can be classified as micro-morphology, chemical composition and structure analysis. The common technology of electron microanalysis and its application in material science were briefly introduced.
