高压储罐筒体卷制过程中的断裂原因分析

FRACTURE ANALYSIS OF HIGH PRESSURE NITROGEN CONTAINER DURING THE ROLLING PROCESS

摘要: 采用宏、微观检验和显微硬度检测等方法对高压储罐筒体卷制过程中钢板断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,筒体在卷制过程中发生的断裂属于脆性断裂,致使其发生脆性断裂的原因与卷制时的温度、瞬间高应力及端面组织不均匀有关。

Abstract: Examinations and tests of fracture in rolling process of high pressure container were performed by means of SEM,OM,microscopic hardness meter and so on. The results showed that it was brittle fracture in rolling process,which was mainly related to low-temperature,instantaneous stress and discontinuity of end microstructure.
