    Q235B厚钢板断后伸长率不合格的原因分析

    THE REASON ANALYSIS OF LOWER PERCENTAGE ELONGATION AFTER FRACTURE OF Q235B HOT-ROLLING HEAVY PLATE

    • 摘要: 采用金相检验和化学成分分析等方法对热轧Q235B厚钢板出现的断后伸长率偏低的情况进行了分析。结果表明,Q235B厚钢板断后伸长率偏低的原因是由于带状组织和夹杂物引起的,因此必须严格控制带状组织和夹杂物。

       

      Abstract: By means of microstructure examination,chemical composition analysis of the steel,the phenomenon of lower percentage elongation after fracture of Q235B hot-rolling heavy plate was analyzed. The results showed that the lower percentage elongation after fracture is caused by band-structure and inclusion. In order to increase the percentage elongation after fracture,the band-structure and inclusion in the steel must be strictly controled.
