H-M反极图理论中测算加权因子ξ(hkl)的非近似方法——LG法

摘要: 提出了一种测算Harris-Mueller反极图制作过程中加权因子ξ(hkl)的非近似方法(LG法)。用这种方法计算(hkl)极点轴密度P(hkl)的表达式为P(hkl)=I(hkl)Is(hkl)/∑ni=1I(hkl)iIs(hkl)∑m-2j=14πR2180°·tg-1tgPj2tg(Pj-αj)2tg(Pj-βj)2tgPj-γj2/SB。与传统的各种测算ξ(hkl)的近似方法不同,该表达式的求解不涉及到任何近似假设,因此LG法测算的ξ(hkl)值中不再含有近似处理所导致的系统误差。Al-Mg-Sc-Zr合金板材反极图测算实验结果表明,由LG法所测算的H-M反极图精度显著地高于各种现行的近似方法。Abstract: A new precision measuring and calculating method about weighted factor ξ(hkl) during preparation of Harris-Mueller inverse pole figure is presented in this paper. The calculation formula obtained by using this kind of method is as following P(hkl)=I(hkl)Is(hkl)/∑ni=1I(hkl)iIs(hkl)∑m-2j=14πR2180°tg-1tgPj2tg(Pj-αj)2tg(Pj-βj)2tgPj-γj2/SB. The numerical value of ξ(hkl) calculated by LG method no longer contains the systematic error resulted by the approximated processing. The experiment results of Al-Mg-Sc-Zr alloy plate show that the precision of H-M inverse pole figure calculated by LG method has the obvious superiority over other current approximated methods.
