Abstract: Torque detection of torsional springs with rectangular cross section lacks corresponding standards,which leads to poor repeatability of detection results.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,it was found that the repeatability of the test results was obviously improved after the torsional spring with rectangular cross section was tested by preset torque method.In the process of torque detection of torsional spring with rectangular cross section,the unstable starting point could be improved by preset torque in the elastic stage,and the influence of unstable state of torsional spring on test results could be reduced or avoided.
