    不锈钢拉伸试验条件与断后伸长率测量值的关系

    Relation between Measurement Value of Elongation after Fracture and Tensile Test Conditions of Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 采用单向拉伸试验研究了不同拉伸速度、不同试样规格对不锈钢冷轧薄板断后伸长率测量值的影响。结果表明: 不锈钢的断后伸长率测量值随拉伸速度的提高而下降、随试样横截面的增大而提高。说明拉伸试验条件对不锈钢薄板的断后伸长率测量值影响较大, 只有在拉伸试验条件一致的情况下, 断后伸长率测量值才能作为选材的依据之一。

       

      Abstract: By means of uniaxial tensile test,the influence of different drawing speed, specimens with different specifications on elongation after fracture of stainless steel cold-rolled sheet was studied. The results showed that the elongation after fracture decreased with the increase of tensile speed, and it increased with the increase of the cross section of the specimen. It was explained that the influence of tensile test condition on elongation measurement value after fracture of stainless steel sheet was great, only under the same tensile test condition, the elongation measurement value after fracture can be as the basis of material selection.
