    1000MW超超临界机组C12A堵板阀裂纹成因分析

    Reason Analysis on Cracks in C12A Block Plate Valve of 1000 MW Ultra Supercritical Unit

    • 摘要: 某电厂超超临界机组高温再热蒸汽管道C12A堵板阀表面磁粉检查发现多处裂纹.通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试及有限元分析等方法对裂纹成因进行了分析.结果表明:堵板阀开裂的性质为应力开裂,堵板阀内部的夹杂物缺陷是裂纹起源点,温度及压力变化产生的应力加速了裂纹的扩展.

       

      Abstract: Some cracks were found on the surface of C12A block plate valve of reheat steam pipe for a ultra supercritical units by magnetic particle testing in a power plant.Through macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing and finite element analysis, the cause of cracks was analyzed.The results showed that the stress cracking occurred in block plate valve, the cracks originated from the inclusion defects in block plate valve, and expanded under the mutative temperature and stress.
