    不同热处理对TC4钛合金电子束焊接接头组织与性能的影响

    THE INFLUENCE ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTY OF ELECTRON BEAM WELDED JOINT TC4 ALLOY WITH DIFFERENT HEAT TREATMENT

    • 摘要: 对分别处于退火和固溶时效态的TC4钛合金进行电子束焊接,焊后进行不同热处理。采用光学显微镜和X射线衍射的分析方法对这两种TC4钛合金焊接件母材、热影响区及焊缝的显微组织及相组成进行了观察和分析,同时对其进行了室温拉伸和冲击试验。结果表明,同种电子束焊接工艺经过不同焊前及焊后热处理,各区域组织明显不同,由此导致了退火态焊接件抗拉强度低于固溶态焊接件,冲击性能略高于后者,同时这两种焊接件的抗拉强度及冲击性能均高于母材。

       

      Abstract: The TC4 titanium alloy was welded by electron beam (EBW),after that,the samples have been annealed and solution treated pre-welded separately. Microstructure and phase composition characteristics of base metal,heat affected zone (HAZ) and fusion zone (FZ) of these welds of TC4 were studied by means of OM and XRD. Tension and impact test were carried out at room temperature. The results indicated that EBW TC4 welds with different pre-and post-weld heat treatments have different microstructures in base metal,HAZ and FZ,which result in the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) and yield strength (YS) of annealed state welds less than that of solution treated welds,but the impact toughness of the former greater than the latter. However,the UTS,YS and impact toughness of the two kinds of welds larger than that of base metal.
