    QBe2铍青铜棒热处理断裂原因分析

    Causes Analysis on Fracture of QBe2 Beryllium-bronze Bars during Heat Treatment

    • 摘要: 通过宏观检验、化学成分分析, 金相检验和超声波探伤等方法, 对某批QBe2铍青铜棒在固溶处理出炉时个别发生断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 该QBe2铍青铜棒断裂主要是因为固溶处理炉局部温度过高,造成材料局部过烧、晶粒粗大、力学性能下降所致。

       

      Abstract: The fracture reasons of QBe2 beryllium-bronze bars after solution treatment were analyzed by means of macroscopic examination, chemical compositions analysis, metallographic examination and ultrasonic testing. The results show that the main reason for fracture of the bars was that the local temperature of the heating treatment furnace was too high, which caused the heat treated bars local burnt, the grain size too coarse, and the mechanical performance degradation.
