失效移相器中Li-Zn铁氧体片的开裂原因
Cracking Reason for Li-Zn Ferrite Tablets in Failure Phase Shifters

摘要: 利用扫描电子显微镜对失效移相器中开裂Li-Zn铁氧体片进行了显微组织观察, 对其开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明: 压制工艺中聚乙烯醇(PVA)粘结剂添加过多导致铁氧体片致密度及均匀性降低, 这是铁氧体片服役过程中开裂的主要原因; 另烧结温度过低, 导致烧结致密化不充分, 气孔率偏高, 这是铁氧体片在服役过程中开裂的另一个原因。较佳的PVA添加量为8%(质量分数),烧结温度为1 020 ℃,此条件下得到的铁氧体片可在移相器中长期服役而不开裂。Abstract: Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the microstructure of cracking Li-Zn ferrite tablets in failure phase shifters, and reasons of its cracking was analyzed. The results show that short of density and uniformity, which constituted the main reasons for the cracking of the Li-Zn ferrite tablets during service process, were majorly resulted from adding PVA binder excessively in suppressing process. Lower sintering temperature which led to inadequate sintering densification and high porosity in the Li-Zn ferrite tablets played the secondary part in cracking causes of Li-Zn ferrite tablets in failure phase shifters. Good PVA amount was 8%(mass) and sintering temperature was 1 020 ℃. Li-Zn ferrite tablets obtained at above conditions would not crack after short term service in phase shifters.
