夹板对烟用丝束未卷曲能检测结果的影响

摘要: 二醋酸纤维素丝束未卷曲能是丝束生产控制的重要工艺指标之一, 其检测数据的可靠准确对指导控制工艺、保障丝束质量非常重要。采用梯形夹板、正弦波夹板对丝束未卷曲能数值进行检测, 不同夹板获得的丝束未卷曲能数值存在明显差异; 采用Mini-tab分析了未卷曲能数值稳定性的差异, 选出了合适的夹板模式。结果表明: 采用正弦波夹板检测丝束未卷曲能更为可靠稳定。Abstract: Un-crimped energy is one of important parameters in cellulose acetate cigarette tow production. The reliable and stable testing data is very important to process control and tow quality. Different test results were obtained by application of different clamps including trapezia and sine shaped clamps. Testing results have been showed that the clamp significantly impacts the testing results of un-crimped energy. Mini-tab was used to analysis the standard deviation under the application of different clamps. Suitable clamp was selected to decrease the fluctuation in testing. More reliable and stable testing results were gotten by sine shaped clamp application.
