    加热炉不锈钢盘管泄漏失效分析

    Failure Analysis on Leakage of Stainless Steel Coiler Used in Heater

    • 摘要: 某气田再生气加热炉奥氏体不锈钢盘管在运行49 h后发生泄漏,采用化学成分分析、力学性能测试、渗透检测、宏微观形貌分析、晶间腐蚀试验以及能谱分析等方法对盘管失效原因进行了分析。结果表明: 由于进入加热炉盘管的介质中含有较高浓度的氯离子, 导致盘管发生了氯化物应力腐蚀开裂。并提出了相应的防护措施。

       

      Abstract: Cracking and leakage emerged in stainless steel coiler of heater at a regeneration gas site after 49 h running. Chemical compositions analysis, mechanical property test, penetrant test, macroscopic and microscopic feature analysis, intergranular corrosion test and energy spectrum analysis were performed to find the failure reasons. The results indicate that because some quite high concentration chloridion entered the heater coiler media, chloride stress corrosion cracking emerged in the coiler. Furthermore, protection measurements were proposed.
